Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Earth Foot Outfitters, we understand that plans can change. Our wilderness survival courses and outdoor experiences require advance preparation, equipment, scheduling, and coordination to provide a safe and rewarding experience for every participant.

Because space is limited and preparations begin well before each course, the following cancellation and refund policies apply. Please read each section carefully.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Earth Foot Outfitters as soon as possible.

    • 60 days or more before the course: A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

    • 30 days before the course: A 50% refund of the course fee will be issued.

    • Less than 30 days before the course: Course fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Highly recommend participants to purchase travel insurance.

  • Our courses take place in natural outdoor environments where changing weather and challenging conditions are part of the experience.

    Courses will proceed in rain, snow, or other manageable weather conditions.

    However, participant safety is our highest priority. Earth Foot Outfitters reserves the right to modify, relocate, or cancel a course when conditions present an unreasonable safety risk, including severe weather, wildfire activity, land closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    If Earth Foot Outfitters cancels a course before it begins, participants will receive a full refund of course fees paid.

  • Certain courses require a minimum number of participants to operate.

    If minimum enrollment is not reached, Earth Foot Outfitters reserves the right to cancel the course. Registered participants will be notified and receive a full refund.

  • Once a course has begun, refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, missed activities, voluntary departures, or failure to complete the course.

    Participants who choose to leave early are responsible for any additional transportation or personal expenses associated with their departure.

  • Earth Foot Outfitters is not responsible for expenses incurred outside of course registration, including travel, lodging, transportation, or personal equipment purchases.

    Earth Foot Outfitters strongly encourages participants traveling from outside the area to consider travel insurance when appropriate.

  • By registering for a course or outdoor experience with Earth Foot Outfitters, participants acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and refund policies outlined above.
